Scheduling at Frauenshuh Cancer Center

Nurse called the night before the procedure to cancel. Forced another date and time that I couldn't attend due to work.

Had this appointment scheduled for a month.

I lost money from not being able to work that day and had a ride lined up that I lost. The nurse couldn't care less about my time, concern, and care.

Inaccurate Coding Led to Unfair Billing

I recently visited Paul J. McManus at Park Nicollet Clinic Plymouth for a routine preventive care appointment. However, I was surprised to receive a bill that included charges for both preventive and non-preventive services. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the doctor's office had incorrectly coded the services, resulting in incorrect billing.

I am disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and the resulting financial burden placed on me. As a patient, I trust my healthcare provider to accurately document and bill for services rendered. In this case, that trust was broken.

I attempted to contact the health provider multiple times to address the billing issue, but unfortunately, my efforts were met with a lack of assistance and understanding. Despite my persistence, they refused to revisit the incorrect coding and stood firmly by their initial decision, leaving me with no resolution or recourse. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I would caution others to carefully follow the reviews or their experience and expertise. Please be careful.

Dishonesty, loss of trust

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I've used Park Nicollett for years because it's convenient. They had responsive, compassionate service.

Health Partners are garbage! I know more than a half dozen MDs and other Park Nic service *friends* who've left because of this change. When a doctor lies to you about upcharging, how can you trust their medical opinions?! If the doctors are not lying, the HP copany is lying.

They'll send a bill to collections before making any responsible investigations. How "uniquely American" to have established, corrupt companies! I'm healthy! Imagine having a Don't life-threatening condition and having to fight with "Matt".

I have to find another clinic! Shame on Health Partners, but they have no shame!

Virtuwell.com

Their online virtuwell website should be taken down. They cant prescribe anything for anything not even something like the common cold.

All they do is refer you to go see a doctor. Worthless. Thats the whole point of having a website so you dont have to go in for minor stuff. I literally sent them four pictures of an infected fingernail from a hangnail and that was too much for them.

They said I had to go in to see a doctor. Just get rid of the damn website if you cant do anything with it.

Sloppy customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

GI was seen at the Park Nicollet eye doctor Clinic off highway 100 and Excelsior on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024.

I had an eye examination with a nice doctor and then went to purchase glasses at the store portion. The young lady helping me was kind enough but I did not feel attended to because she had AirPods in her ears the entire time. I even asked her a question and she did not hear me because of her music or audio book that she was listening to.

I did notice one other worker who had the same thing going on. The two girls at the front desk were the only ones not listening to devices but were on the internet.

I did not purchase my eyeglasses there and will return to my old shop in Excelsior because if they cant give you full attention it probably means your eyeglasses will be messed up.

Poor customer servise.

I have been transferred and spent over 1.5 hours on the phone trying to get lab results with my daughter. (and still have not received them).

Their system is antiquated and need to be updated to 2023. My daughter has her own mychart in other systems and we can easily have care across other systems, except not with Health Partners. She only has her primary doctor there now, and we may need to move on from her too unfortunately. Health Partners do better, your patient system is terrible.

It should be easy to access information for the best patient care. My daughter sees other providers in Fairview, TCO etc.

and their systems make it easy to communicate and let other doctors get information so she can have the best care team. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Preferred solution: better customer service, we are at the end of wanting to use their system.

User's recommendation: Do not use Health Partners, use a different system if you need different specialists.

You must umnderstand, HP has changed Park Nicollet to a "don't call us, we'll call you drive thru service at best...It's all about the $$$ now with HP.

Will try to get out of paying everything they can.

After paying $7000 out of pocket and $4000 for premium all year, now they want to try not to pay for my husbands cat scan. He lost 50 pounds in a year and can not gain it back, his appetite has decreased.

Drs are checking for cancer, but insurance is asking if any insurance other than them or if work comp will be paying for this. No!

You are our insurance company, pay it! You havent paid for anything else this year.

FYI, you can have an appointment at Urgent Care, say you have a bad cough even if you don’t. This way you won’t have to wait hours after your appt b/c they are taking walk -ins w coughs before you.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Was treated like I was inappropriate for expecting to be seen around my appt time. Many employees were walking around with their lunches.

Unmasked coughed were allowed but seen before me. And Megan B at Radio Dr/Seasons Pkwy, your last initial is apropo.

I was put in a room and left there. Punishing your pts is no way to go.

No supervising Doctor/Elderly Patient Denied Pain Management

I am 68 years old and developed a very painful spinal condition. I cannot even get out of bed.

I have NEVER in my lifetime ever requested a pain medication until now. I cannot stand the pain. My long-term doctor told me to take over the counter pain medication. My spinal condition was verified by Radiology.

There is no supervising doctor. These doctors are somehow gods. Not accountable to anyone.

When they(doctors) are young they do not understand the pain the elderly endure. What they *** TAKE TYLENOL.

Preferred solution: I would like someone in the company to supervise their doctors.

I have been having an ongoing issue. I try to email my Drs but triage nurse keeps blocking attempts to contact them.

She likes to tell me my issues are psychological.

She refuses to forward the emails even though I told her my doctors put in my record to forward. She is rude and unprofessional

Worst online scheduling experience

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

When you need a doctor appointment, they make you navigate through millions of clicks to search by location (specific clinic, not geographic location) or doctor which is trash. If you don't care which doctor you get, why should you have to sift through all the faces before you find out their availability?

Why not just search by availability? I want the next available appointment. I don't care which doctor. That's not weird.

That's not a strange expectation. Also, I'm new in town and there are 12 clinics within a 5 mile range from me.

AGAIN- why do I have to search by location (limited to clinic)? That's unnecessary and weird and makes their website scheduling a useless time-wasting "tool" for people who don't REALLY need to see a doctor

Pros:
  • American healthcare is garbage but scheduling appt should be ez

  • Impossible 2 schedule next-available-appt-w-any-caregiver

Preferred solution: they should fix their website so its not useless

User's recommendation: hard to access care bc website scheduling sucks
